Projects and Research Interest

  • The focus of my work lies on Orai-STIM interaction during CRAC channel formation. In particular, I work on stochastic reaction-diffusion models.
  • SFB 1027, Project A3: Physical processes during T cell activation, polarization and killing
  • SFB 1027, Project C4: Calcium-Redox feedback loop in immune cells: New players and regulatory mechanisms
